From August 6, 2019: Michael rests in a 180-degree side split at home; part of a daily regimen, which also includes working on the oversplits (beyond 180 degrees). Elasticity is not only an important part of Northern-style training, it's also integral to maintaining healthy circulation, joints, tendons and muscle tissue. The practice of Hatha Yoga and other yogic stretching exercises are a part of our curriculum.
